On the outskirts, right at the edge of Idrija where the town fades into nature and the slopes begin to rise, stands the miners’ house Hiša Giser. For at least two centuries, it has stood defiantly, preserving the stories of generations of inhabitants—among them, many of Idrija’s miners.
The Hiša Giser is an experiential centre with a unique energy that has, in recent years, inspired numerous masters, international volunteers, musicians, artists, and all those in search of authentic experiences.
